This annual event highlights the philanthropy of the South Asian community with lively dancing and exciting fundraising activities!
Since its inception, Giving Hearts Gala has raised over $1 million to support health care in Langley. This year, we’re building an endowment fund that will live in perpetuity, drawing from the investments’ growth each year to fund the community’s most urgent health care needs.

Giving Hearts Gala 2024
On Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 the Giving Hearts Gala raised a spectacular $260,000, and raises the cumulative total of all Giving Hearts Galas to $1,165,000!
Our gratitude goes to the sponsors and guests of Giving Hearts Gala over the last five years with this year’s proceeds supporting the maintenance of surgical excellence at Langley Memorial Hospital.
The Giving Hearts Gala has raised an incredible $1,165,000 to date!
$260,000 to maintain surgical excellence at Langley Memorial Hospital.
$240,000 to renew the LMH’s Spiritual Space.
$215,000 for a Giraffe Carestation to support vulnerable newborns at Langley’s Maternity unit.
$150,000 for wheelchairs and walkers that aid patient mobility.
$200,000 to help build the Martini Family Emergency Centre and MRI Suite.
