Help bring the BEST care to Langley today
$25 million stands between Langley and the health care it deserves. Without action, critical care in Langley will continue to fall behind. This is our moment to protect and build care for our community and we need YOUR help.
When tools are state of the art and technology is reliable, diagnoses can happen sooner and patients receive better care, faster.
When our hospital is working at capacity, Langley is given the best chance to heal and thrive.
While Langley’s population surges, so does the pressure on every department in the hospital. In the last three years, LMH has been running at over 110% capacity; inpatient days surged 12.6%; admissions increased 6.7%; and the number of babies born jumped 15.4%.
Diagnostic equipment is running far beyond its intended lifespan. Surgical tools are outdated. Imaging systems struggle to keep up with the volume of urgent cases. In some departments, equipment failure means cancelled procedures, delayed diagnoses, or the need to send patients elsewhere for answers they should be able to get in their home community.
These aren’t merely operational challenges. These are moments where someone’s health, recovery or future hangs in the balance.
Without community support, this gap widens, not just year by year, but patient by patient.
The Challenge We Can No Longer Ignore
Langley deserves the best in health care. It’s time to make that happen.
The future of health care starts here. Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation has launched an ambitious three-year $25 million campaign to ensure that every Langley resident receives life-saving, timely and accurate care close to home.
Your gift today helps bring faster diagnoses, safer procedures and better outcomes for everyone, today and for the future of health care in Langley.

One in eight women in British Columbia will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime and over 9,000 individuals rely on Langley Memorial Hospital each year for critical screening and diagnosis.
Early detection saves lives - but access and speed matter.
By raising $2.1 million, we can bring in new mammography technology, expanded diagnostic imaging and upgrades to Langley’s mammography clinic to reduce wait times, deliver answers sooner and provide compassionate service in a space designed to best support patients and their health care staff.
-
With over 14,000 life-saving surgeries and diagnostic procedures performed annually, Langley Memorial’s surgical teams depend on reliable, state-of-the-art tools. Donor support will bring $2 million of modern surgical equipment to the hands of our care teams - improving precision, safety and recovery for patients.
-
As a community hospital, Langley Memorial receives over 52,000 emergency visits each year and supports thousands of critically ill or injured patients.
When every second counts, reliable equipment saves lives. Your support will strengthen our emergency and critical care units with modern tools that allow care teams to respond faster and more effectively during life-threatening moments.

From welcoming more than 1,700 babies each year to supporting seniors who make up 37 per cent of Langley’s population, these teams care for our most vulnerable. Campaign funding will help ensure families, children and seniors receive high-quality, specialized care - close to home.

Health care doesn’t begin or stop at the hospital doors. From youth mental health supports to food-is-medicine programs for vulnerable residents, this campaign strengthens the systems that keep people healthy and out of crisis.

When we rally around the health care teams providing our community with the care they deserve; when they receive education and grant opportunities to explore innovative solutions to patient flow, care plans and test new technology; when we support the recruitment and retention of staff with peer recognition and staff resources, we see highly skilled staff choosing Langley as the place to live and work.
We see team morale improve. We see health care improve.
Our people are our hospital. Support them and they support our entire community.
The need is urgent. The solution is within reach.
Langley Memorial Hospital was built through community determination and generosity - and that same spirit is needed again today.
With your support, we can ensure Langley’s doctors, nurses and health care teams have the modern tools they need to deliver the care our growing community deserves.
Thank you for supporting our $25 million campaign to improve local health care.
The future of health care starts with you.
